If your stay is long or short – a stop in Bremen will always be worthwhile. To evade high hotel costs, hire your personal apartment. Centrally located, with various leisure options near you, our apartment is a great solution for up to three persons.It is located near the Waller Park, with many shopping and leisure options.
The apartment is about 30 sqm, with two or three sleeping places, a small pantry with a fridge, a bathroom with shower at ground level, a big closet and a great balcony on the first floor. Apart from that, the house has a party room and a sauna.
The small pantry is equipped with two cooking hobs, a microwave, coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle. It is therefore fully fitted out for independent catering.Breakfast can be provided upon request.
The apartment can be booked for two nights upwards. The small party room or the sauna can be booked separately.
City tax is included in the rates.
Prices:
Up to 4 nights, €60 per night
From 6 nights on, €55 per night
From 10 nights on, €50 per night
Deposit for the transponder 50€
The price is always for two people. Each additional person will be charged €10.
Sauna and party room will be charged with 12€ per hour (without hospitality and drinks)
The Citytaxx will be charged for up to seven days, children and business travelers are exempted.
Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment may be occupied from 3 pm on and must be handed over clean by 11 am on the day of departure (other arrangements possible).A dirty apartment may be charged extra, with a cleaning fee of 5€ or more. The flat is a non-smokers’ apartment.
Smoking is, however, allowed on the balcony or the terrace.
